They do have veg and bloom switches for lighting adjustments. But the lights, themselves, are not dimmable. So, if you really want to customize the lighting on your plants, you are better off with a different product.
For people with bigger gardens, it is important to note that these grow lights do not have a daisy chain feature. You can work your way around this by using a power splitter, but it is a bit of an inconvenience.
